What was the best thought I had today?
It does not have to be an earth shaking thought. If can be really simple but recognizing our best thoughts validates them and reinforces them so as they are repeated, they grow stronger and more numerous.

The best thought that I had today was that I am great, I deserve great things, I am capable of achieving anything I put my mind to and I have a great body.

Sometimes we do something which is actually good but also somewhere there is ego attached that i did something good , its another thing to acknowledge it and another thing to be proud( in negative manner) , that just nullifies the good deed. And this proud just grows into arrogance. I want to be human being but minus this arrogance.
