When do you find yourself crying?
Some people tear up when someone says a nasty comment to them. Other people cry and cry watching a sad film.

Today at work I wanted to cry because my coworker friend had to put her cat down because it had a deadly disease. I have had to put several of my own cats to sleep and it's awful. Sometimes something in the news makes me cry, like years ago I was on the computer and it had come up there was a mass shooting at Sandy Hook of many small children. I was tearing up, couldn't help it.
@pineapplepeanut I hear you. At work I do not expect to cry.
But one time there was a customer I had dealt with for years. The next time I called I got no answer so I went back to the operator. She had died suddenly without warning. I was devastated and went to the bathroom and cried for 10 minutes. I just was shocked.
I’m really sorry. Tell your coworker that I said I’m sorry for her losing her cat. I know what that’s like losing a pet.

I rarely cry. But, one time in a thousand while watching a movie. When I really try to help somebody and I can't. 7cups is different. I DK. I didn't digg that yet. And when somebody gave me a lot of heart on every comment. to the extent I did not my good comment from my tribble ones. I wont do it again and cry for hearts. that time is different. from another.
@soulsings I rarely cry, but when I do, its when something had gone really really wrong, usualy, my life, I would cry if i feel extremely overwhelmed by all the stress and pressure put on myself by not only me, but people around me with their expectations, I also cry when I see something I love, lets say a family, or a family member, is starying towards the wrong path and is seemingly irreversible, but at the end of the day I think crying is a way to let out stress and I always feel a lot better and more calm afterwards.
@fearlessBanana889
I can relate. I'm here for you if you ever need someone to just sit and listen. <3
@soulsings here lately i have been wanting to cry for no apparent reason.
@soulsings I often cries at times, as I missed my parents. I lost my father when I'm 15 and my mother when I was 18. But I need to go on with my life....I think my depression worsened when I lost my job....As of now, I'm slowly recovering because nobody can help me except myself.....😊❤️
@soulsings Most of the listeners here who are homophobic do as I write an introduction to the noni robot thus opening myself up and find most of them just brush it off, are rude or just outright homophobic. Is very nasty and they shouldn't be using a site that is supposedly non judgmental. Is mainly those from India or the Philippines who are homophobic.
I accept you.
I'm new here and not a listener, but I think you're more accepted than you realize 🤗
Someone being kind to me makes me cry. Sad videos or music can some times. But mainly kind words and actions towards me
@soulsings
I am very sensitive to sad movies with children.
I also cry sometimes at night when I get scared or I can’t sleep. Or have a bad dream.
@kala oh no kids movies can be sad. I remember Ole Yeller was a dog movie and the dog died and I still feel tears welling up just thinking about it. Some things just do not leave us.
Oh, can’t do any animal movies, that’s for sure.
Honestly, I wish I could cry more. When I cry I at least feel connected to myself, or to something. Although sometimes it is just painful. I still prefer it to numbness.
I cry the most when I think about my family, about how I miss them even though they're still here.
I used to be a cry baby and very sensitive. But when I got divorced I cried do much that I think I dried my tears.
Now a days I rarely cry, pretty much never. Only happpens when i'm under extreme stress and depression and anxiety... then I have a meltdown and also cry.
@soulsings
Emotional movie scenes definitively cause tears in my eyes. Mindfulness helped me to gain more control over my feelings though.
@soulsings
Well if I get like really angry, I might cry. Otherwise anything sad, emotional/happy in movies/books will most likely make me cry. For example: the end of Marley and Me. And Ugly Love is one of the saddest romance books I've ever read.
@conscientiousSpring8273 I find getting angry makes me miserable so I try to avoid it if at all possible.
@soulsings
Usually I try to too, but when you grow up in a household with 5 other people that aren't good at expressing their anger in a healthy way (including myself) it's just normal to get like that every once in a while.
I'm getting better at it though :)
