There's something about someone pushing through everything meant to destroy them that literally tug on my heart strings

@VaryingCloud yes my urge is to smile when I am feeling sad and it does pull me out of sadness.
When i am unable to put my point of view and nobody is ready to understand it

It's hard to make people understand something when they are not ready or open. I hope it doesn't happen often.

And honestly I don't like this bc I cry infront of strangers and that makes me so embarrassed

I'm very emotional too and used to burst out in tears very easily. It still happens when I'm alone and can let go but mostly I can manage my emotions by doing regular meditation and self affirmations.
I'll google it and see if it can help me too

thats a loaded question, a lot of stuff makes me cry. My top 3 reasons
1. when someone doesn’t believe me when I’m telling the truth
2. when someone blames me for something I didn’t do
3. when someone makes my issue about themselves

@soulsings I used to cry very rarely especially since it was looked down on but recently ive been crying more over small things. Like a minor inconvenience could reduce me to tears and ive been getting overwhelmed by all the things i have to do. Also when i get a flashback/remember some not so happy memories
