Hello community!!

First I want to apologize for missing posting the check in for last weekend. I had a work emergency and had flights and trains to catch. *hugs* I was thinking about you all.

As always, this is a supportive space, and it is optional to participate in check ins.

This weekend the topic will just be a relatively open one.

Sometimes we need a rest, a break from all we have going on.

A moment to just take a deep breathe and look at ourselves.

Now, this can be hard to do sometimes.

I know myself that I find it really hard to see when I need to take a break.

Everyone is in a different place of their journey.

Please remember you are not alone, we are here to support one another.

A few questions just in case.

Check In Questions:

What are your favorite ways to practice self care?

How are you feeling?

Can you tell when you need a break?

Feel free to check in again over the weekend.

And let me know if there is anything you think we should have be in future check ins.

I do have some school but I will be checking these and replying at night in my time.

@AstronomySkies

My fave way is to listen to music mindfully. I feel a bit stressed. Working on an assignment due this Sunday, sending internship applications, midterms, writing gig, etc.

I need a break when my body tells me to. I think I need a breather soon.
