Traumatic Experiences Community Daily Check In - Monday March 26th 2018
So today, March 26th, is ‘National Make Up Your Own Holiday Day. Fanfare please.....did someone mention holiday? So if youre bored of all the old chestnuts that come round annually, like Thanksgiving for example, or May Day, nows your chance to define your own celebration. And you know what, I think we here in the trauma community deserve a celebration. For all the bravery shown, all the support given, all the triumphs noted, all the struggles empathised with, lets be proud of our achievements, and lets party!
So what are you bringing to the party? Any favourite music? A must have party food? Got to have party games. And well have a chill out zone too for anyone who prefers to talk. And of course, the party outfit. Im favouring purple today, but feel free to come as you are.
All the ideas being posted here sound amazing. I don't know of any party activities or holidays though. hmm.

Youll be amazed what they have special days for. Today for example is a National day for whiskey, Spanish paella, and quirky song titles.
So come join me for a rice and seafood dish, washed down with a single malt, and ‘my papa had a trailer, the horse gone dixie lou playing on the jukebox!
