@AveryLove Hey Avery! Happy Thursday. I think one thing I would tell domestic violence survivors is that there are people there to support you. While I fortunately have not been a survivor of dating violence, I have been very attentive in the forums and community check ins and am still looking to always learn more. After all, 7 Cups fosters relationships where we learn as much as we teach which is remarkable. I want everyone who has experienced any sort of trauma know that people have been there, and we are all here for you even if we haven't because we are so willing to educate ourselves and help anyone and my messages ALWAYS are open.
With the start of the new month, I definitely have some new goals. I am going to be in a treatment program for my depression, anxiety, and BPD symptoms and I am hoping to get the most out of my DBT skills, and hopefully be able to share my knowledge and experience with others to prove that there is hope and big possibility in recovery. Thanks for this check-in, I know I can say this relieved a little bit of stress, and I bet lots of participating members and listeners feel the same way I do about that.

good luck with your treatment program, this sounds like it could be a huge change in your life! i am wishing you the best with the new treatment possibility. I totally believe you got this!

1. I would tell anyone that is or has suffering/suffered from domestic violence that they are not alone. That a better life is possible. These are thing I wished I would have known before things got the way they are now at home.
2. I am excited for halloween. I am gonna be Jack Skellington, since I was Sally last year. I also wanted to do a Bioshock costume, the Little Sister (my favorite), but I couldn't one.
Anyway, everyone have a wonderful day/night/week/weekend/month/year/life!

yay for halloween! this is such a cool halloween costume and i am really glad i have finally found another person who is just as excited as i am xD do you have any plans for halloween? are you going trick or treating?

And how do you feel about the new month? Do you have any goals for the month, any plans? I am so very excited for November! I love being able to celebrate Thanksgiving and it is also my son's birthday month so we always try to make it really special! I look forward to new fall memories I will get to make with my boys during November!

What would you like to tell someone who is struggeling with domestic violence? I would tell them to keep fighting. Your situation can/will get better but it's takes lots of patience and love for ourselves!
And how do you feel about the new month? Do you have any goals for the month, any plans? I feel very excited for November! We are getting closer to the holidays and Christmas is my favorite time of the year so I feel super joyful right now! My main plan/goal for November would be to continue doing my meditations every night before I go to sleep! Have a beautiful day!

@AveryLove My favorite Christmas song would have to be "Winter Wonderland!" But if I am being completely honest, they are ALL my favorite! I like to listen to the instrumental music like jazz! They play some beautiful Christmas songs! What about you... what is your favorite song?!

i love them all as well!!! but especially the classics like "Jinge Bell Rock" but also a good "All i want for christmas is you" can

@AveryLove I would tell them that I got out of my domestic violence situation, Yes it was hard, but I'm glad that I did! I haven't made any plans for November yet.
