I listened to someone last night. Didnt talk a lot like I usually do except to ask a bunch of questions so I could understand exactly the things they werent exactly saying.
When the conversation was over we both felt a bit better. Nothing had been solved but they had been heard and it laid the ground work for future times when they might can open up and get help. ... it felt kinda nice to have the particular set of issues to ‘help someone. Like talking to a somewhat different but also the same, younger version of myself. Keep from the same mistakes by encouraging to reach out.

yeh well...the insights continue to evolve. and i think a trick was played on me. its cool tho. just gonna not quite forget and remember next time ==== rules of the road have been lodged (it's alright, ma)

Hi nothing made me smile today instead all i want is to start crying.. Im a bit suicidal.
I dont think I make people smile here cause just everyone hates me and knows how bad i am. Seems like this will never change..
I'm having this in mind ''Everything will be better in time'' it just so hard tho to keep pushing and continue living with the same stuff everyday.
