old trauma/person popping up
My days have been peaceful enough to just enjoy and sort through my thoughts yet one person of my recent past pops up in my dm I do not reply knowing it may be something clearly stupid. That person is still speaking to the lower form of me/my old self two years ago. She/they do not exist any more. It is annoying since they think it is alright to keep sending dm's. They are blocked on my phone so they can not call, knowing what they want from me is just physical pleasure and not my mind nor full body acknowledgment/ true knowledge of who I am today.

i think you articulated that so well..... i think that happens many times people do not see us for who we are NOW instead pretend we are the same as we were at one point in time

@toughTiger6481 the more I focus on this person who I am growing to love more each day. That person will never know this new me. One day the thought of them shall dissipate.
