Has any one dealt with infantilizing

Im a daughter of a narcissistic mother. Im 34 and she refuse to let me go. She keeps me dependent on by infantilizing. For those of you dont what that means when someone treats younger than you are. Im coming her from support as Im trying to get past invisible death grip that she has. She sees me has an extension of herself.
Im have realized that pleasing her, like any narcissist is like trying to fill a black hole

I'm sorry that she treats you that way. Do you live together, if so, is it possible to move out? I can only imagine the stress and frustration this must be causing you. I hope you can find a solution to managing this soon.
