Treating myself with food, but to keep this positive and not triggering of a binge or derailing of my meal plan, it's supposed to be something I look forward to, not a craving or anything I usually overeat, and it helps sometimes :)

Diving into a nice book and getting lost in it.

Reading great books, keeping organised and not letting chaos take over, going hiking or pushing myself at the gym, calling up my momma and hearing her voice, and listening to good music.

Drinking tea. Listening to music. Talking about how I feel.

I listen to music that means something or uplifts me. Then I start to say to myself that I believe in whatever I want in life and say positive things to myself. When you say those things to yourself, try to avoid negative thoughts. Meditate the current world that you are in for a few minutes and start believing in yourself.

I love taking a long shower, listening to music, and playing with my hair. I don't like other people touching it, but the process of putting up a style and changing it can be very relaxing.

@MelatiMel - Any tips? I really need to get more sleep in the overnight part of the day/night.

Naps in the daytime are okay. Unintentional naps at home and snapping awake at ???something! are obviously needed, but certainly not ideal. Thankfully I have not missed any appointments here recently because of falling asleep but boy, am I tired when it gets to be like 2:30 - 4:30 pm! ~ Platy
