Back to square one :)
Hi everyone! The past few months have been so hard for me that I feel as if I've lost all my progress. I feel so hopeless and tired. I give my best every day but it never feels good enough. I'I'm told I'm not trying hard enough but I know the same people wouldn't have lasted a day with thoughts like mine. With a head this cruel. I was doing better for a few months without meds and it's hard for me to say that I'd be re-stocking them :')
It's the saddest thing ever.
Yhanks for listening to the rant.

hey!
to me, it seems like you are trying your hardest, even if you don't feel like it
focus on what you have done rather than what you haven't, because it sounds like you have done a lot and need to feel the appreciation for it
dont give up!! you are doing so well, sometimes it just takes a look into specifically what to realise it 🌷

Hello,
Thank you for sharing with us. It seems like things have been really heavy for you lately. Being told you aren't trying hard enough when you're already giving your absolute best sucks. Sometimes, people fail to account for the sheer effort it takes to deal with your own mind, especially when they can't see what you're going through.
And about having to go back on medication, I hope you know that it doesn't take away from the progress you've made or how hard you've worked to get here. It must be discouraging to feel like you're back at the starting point again. I wish the healing process were more linear, too. One step at a time, again. 💚
Please know you are welcome to share whatever is on your mind here, whenever you feel up to it. 💛
It's very hard not gonna lie. :(
I bought my medication today and just took them after a long time. It's funny how I could sleep for some time in peace without them, that I could smile back then and these days I cry to sleep. It was just for a while that I was happy...I was starting to believe in myself but lost it again.
Thank you for your kind words. Haven't given up yet 🤍
