Confused as how to approach this
I have been married for 3 years now and on the surface my marriage looks perfect but there are things even I was trying to make sense of or say it’s not big enough. He hit me for the first time 1 month into our marriage and then said that he just pushed me and it’s normal because even siblings push each other I repeated this to myself everytime he would hurt me like it’s normal he didn’t want to I triggered him all that but deep down I think I was understanding that it isn’t right . I confronted him that he can’t hit me he promised he would never but it just stopped for sometime but in the meantime he started breaking stuff around me . I started getting panic attacks after hearing anyone shout or some loud noise. He disrespects and demeans me privately and then behaves very good in front of others like there is no one better. I have tried telling people no one trusts me everyone says he is such a good guy and loves me so much but I know the truth. Telling my truth is one thing but if I have to keep proving my abuse I would hate it . Just because I have no visible marks is it okay? What should I do?

I would leave 🥺
There's no excuse ever for violence or emotional abuse.
That's not love.
Its cowardice.
Its control.
Its insecurity.
You deserve to be happy.
Safe.
Protected.
Loved.
This is solely on him.
Don't forget your worth 💕💜

What you have described sounds like he has anger issues and no control over his emotions. This is not on you it is not you setting him off.
All the signs are there most abusers look so nice to others and the ugly items only show up in private. They also have learned to not leave a mark as they would get caught in this behavior.
since he is aware of that he is covering for himself and the abuse will only get worse. Find someone anyone to listen is there any way for you to record these outburst on a phone etc. find help and leave ... no promise of i will stop will last ... you need to see him for what he is.
