Do you think violence is ‘normal’ in relationships? Be better.
My family has told me a handful of times that violence is just a thing that happens in relationships. My ex told me that too. I disagree and always will, sorry. Just looked up my stepmom’s criminal record for the first time, assaulting cops and my dad. Not even going to look up my other parents. Humanity needs revamped. Stop normalizing this garbage! WTF

Violence is NOT normal, in any circumstance, with any person or people.
@mxscn Violence in any relationship is definitely NOT normal. Granted we can get desensitized to it but that doesn't excuse that kind of behavior. Have you given any thought to going no contact or low contact with them?
