they chalk up my mood swings as only my autism even though it’s severe enough to make me suicidal just because i appear to have it under control and they don’t care about me showing signs of pots or an autoimmune disease and always call me a hypochondriac and even when i get tests they’re always late with doing them and then threaten to not take me to a doctor because it doesn’t seem so bad even when i get joint pain that makes it hard to walk. like i was short of breath in a restaurant and they still said im abusing the healthcare system. i just wished i had parents that cared about me and if i call the police they’re just going to say “but i got her to a doctor at the end” (“her” is my deadpronoun btw) even though they waited till it was too late.

That sounds like a very stressful and difficult situation. It's understandable to feel frustrated and unsupported when your health concerns are not being taken seriously or addressed in a timely manner.

It sounds like you are feeling a lack of care and understanding from those around you, and that can be a lonely and difficult experience. Remember that no matter what anyone else says or does, your feelings and experiences are always valid. You deserve to have your medical needs acknowledged and addressed, and it's not your fault if others aren't able to provide that support.

It might be helpful to seek out resources or support groups in your community or online that can provide a listening ear and a safe space to share your experiences. It's also okay to prioritize your mental and physical health by taking breaks from situations that make you feel stressed or unsupported. Taking care of yourself is important, and it's okay to set boundaries and say no to things that aren't serving your well-being.

You deserve love, respect, and care, no matter what anyone else says.
