That's awful, I'm sorry. It's frustrating when we've gone through something painful, and no one believes it happens.

@MayaNeedsHelpFr I'm so sorry, this is terrible, no one should ever go through what happened to you and not be believed. Especially when you're sharing your story with someone who's supposed to love and care for you and be there by your side to support you.
It doesn't mean that you're alone, or that no one will believe you. There are people who will be by your side, you'll be listened and believed, although I know it can be incredibly hard to be open up after being silenced once already. But your voice and your truth deserve to be heard and respected, and once you'll be ready, I hope you'll find the support and respect you deserve.
There might be other people in your family, or trusted friends, or organizations that help people who've been through the same as you. You can reach out to them for support. You can talk about it here. You should be free to speak up, at your time and in your own way. You're not alone.
