Ranting I Geuss
I've never been professionally examined, or something but people have said i am bipolar, autistic, or I have a.d.d.. I myself don't think I am but I feel like somethings wrong with me. It's not like I don't feel comfortable in my own skin but like I can see what I do and know it's bad, but can't stop it. Sometimes I can't even see what I do.
Feel free to comment or ask questions 😁
Also I apologize for anything I said wrong, this is my first thread and first time using this app.

Welcome to 7 cups. And congratulations on your first post.
There is nothing wrong with you.
We are all different. This is not only OK, but good. And amazing. There is, and never will be, anyone exactly like you. If it would help you to have a label for how you are different, then getting tested can be a really good move. It can help us feel less alone with our problems and help us find tools and techniques that make life easier, by putting us in touch with people who understand our experiences. This most definitely helped me.
Or, you could just accept that your differences make you the same as everyone else - all of us unique and different. And special. And thus see that difference as something to celebrate, instead of a sign that something is wrong. And just get on with living your life your way. It seems people have noticed that your way is not the same as most people's way. But just because something is done by the majority, does not necessarily mean it is right or correct. You may have a better way.
As long as you are not harming anyone, including yourself, live your life the way you chose.
