Therapy
Does anyone know if I can get free therapy where I can just chat? I want to talk with someone but I don't have the money nor the courage to ask my parents. I hate my past and I feel really disgusting.
I don't know about free therapy, but there are warmlines available, I've used them before. They're usually for situations that aren't immediately urgent, you might get some use from something like that.

I think they're US based. You'll find that some warm lines accept out-of-state calls/chats if there aren't any available in your state. They're open at specific hours so if you want to talk you'll have to make sure the one you select is labeled 'OPEN' in green text.
