Traumatized from this city, want to leave. . .
The longer I stay here, the more depressed I feel.
I'm not from this state/city and ended up staying here due to have a child with my ex-fiancé.
I never thought I was going to have kids, but my ex at the time "baby-trapped" me (long story short, he took the protection off on purpose and made me pregnant and went "woops" without consent).
I hardly go outside anymore, especially since I don't have my car to avoid people.
I have to walk everywhere or take the bus.
All I see are reminders of past trauma resurfacing.
I don't want to run into the people who made my life worse.
I feel constantly tired and drained.
I want to eventually move out of this city...or state...or maybe even this continent to be honest.
I hate it here that much.
I used to be a nomad who travelled a lot, but can't really do that anymore.
I have to consider my son's feelings. He's young right now, but we had to move around a lot when I was temporary homeless (we went to different AirBnBs and Hotels, I never let him on the streets).
I've let my partner know that I'm not staying here in this city (my partner lives in a different city that's 2hrs away) and he's onboard but...Idk...Hope he doesn't resent me for it for making the decisions. I just really can't stay here any longer. At least, not in this city. I might be OK with staying in this state but honestly rather start fresh somewhere else completely. I've already made plans before I met him tbh and don't really...go against those plans. I was never meant to stay here.
I'm currently unemployed at the moment due to the last toxic (temp) job I was at, but I'm taking real estate classes and hoping to be done at the end of the month. However, I'm EXTREMELY behind. When I first enrolled, I was in severe pain, and couldn't even get out of bed for close to a week. My chronic pain was the worst it's ever been. (TMI but, it's worse when I'm on my cycle).
I'm getting help for it by going to physical therapy but...
I feel like the pain warrants a body scan, though the doctor doesn't want to do that and the PT says they don't suggest that at the moment.
My entire body got messed up after a car accident, where I got hit walking.
Then my ex-fiancé did some stuff that messed up both my body and brain when he nearly made me unalive.
I feel like crap honestly.
I hate going outside now, when I used to enjoy the nature.
I feel like I'm drowning the longer I stay here and feel like crying, but I'm not able to.
Just making this post to vent to be honest.
Maybe tomorrow I'll feel better.
I can't concentrate enough to do these dumb classes.
I don't even feel like it, but it's my ticket out of this ***-hole.
Thanks for reading by the way, I appreciate you guys.
