He's my ray of happiness in all the pain and darkness. Though the distance makes things harder. I wanna hold him..

The Green River is a relatively short river, I think we are located closer to the headwaters than the mouth. It seems to run year round, the little corner of our property has about a 15' bank down to normal flow, the water there is usually 12' wide and maybe 2' deep and that is probably just because of a beaver dam located 150 yards downstream. I like that the dam creates the impoundment but I wage war on the beavers as trees in North Dakota are hard to grow. We had a snowstorm a while back, 6" of wet heavy stuff and all that is melting, right now the river is probably 35' wide and 15' deep. No fear of it coming over the bank as the opposing bank is lower and our home is up the hill probably 100' vertically. Fun to watch the water. I do worry the dog will go for a swim and not be able to get out as downstream on our side is pretty steep. I think he would swim ok but end up where he would have to find his way home. The highway is just 50 yards beyond the beaver dam and if he got swept past the highway then getting him back safetly would be a concern but doable. OOH the Tony Robbins thing was about relationships, wife was acting as the "pants wearer", really hit home as my wife is pretty demanding in her wants and needs. I hope to watch more of his stuff, I do find the nagging suspicion that it is a ploy to separate his fool from his money. I find it hard to believe people are brave enough to stand up and air thier problems, but Jerry Springer tells me to shut up and listen. lol
