Help with animal abuse. TW: Graphic descriptions of Animal abuse

My best friend shared an interest of hers with me about a year ago

a box I found, filled with five kittens. Me being 14 I don't have a house of my own and my mother is allergic

my freind offered to give the kittens a home, she promised she'd take care of them and at the time I had no doubt she wouldn't keep her promise

a week later I asked her about the cats via text, she sent me a picture of their tails, only the tails. They where on the restroom sink covered in blood, she says she drowned one hanged one and stabbed the rest

its been a year scince that night, and she's done it again

a freind who kills kittens, she sends me pictures, like 'ohhhh look I hanged this one' and graphic videos of her hitting them with hammers, I don't know what to do anymore

Hello! First off, I should say that killing or injuring living things of any kind is extremely serious, and can sometimes be an indicator of a personality disorder like ASPD or a neurological condition like sociopathy or psychopathy. Since I don't personally know your friend, I can't say for sure, but what your friend is doing should not be ignored- it is very bad to hurt living things so sadistically.

Depending on where you live, you have a couple options: you can file a report with your local animal control or humane society and they will open a case, or you can go directly to law enforcement, like police. I belive that given your report, as well as evidence you can provide (photos, messages) someone in the legal system can take action and prevent this from happening to any more poor helpless little kitties!

If you feel comfortable, you could try approaching your friend and asking why she feels the need to harm them, but I don't know that she would be willing to stop or turn herself in, since I don't know her myself. Hope this helps, and that no more kittens get hurt~
