Navigation problem?
I'd swear there was a thread here about mourning stolen childhood & that I had supportive exchange with @amiableblackberry92. I wanted to reread it to re-experience the validation. Now it's not here. Thread searches turn up nothing. It feels awful--unseen, unvalidated, unvalued as usual. @AmiableBlackberry92 ?
@Old1 Hello :) Have you tried looking under your forum threads? If you click on your icon on the right hand side, it drops down. If you click on your forum threads it will show you threads you created. Checking the box for subscribed threads you'll see threads that you have written on. The search feature here isn't very helpful I'm afraid. Hopefully this is helpful in locating what you're looking for.
Also , if I touch the 3 horizontal dots at the upper right of the forum screen, it just grays out & freezes. I admit to being freaked out about censorship without explanation here.

I'm sure this site is monitored for cleaning out , I think and language etc. I'm sure it's required to keep us safe. Rules keep ppl safe.

Sorry to hear about your day, @amiablenlackberry92. I've had 2 sources of retraumatization for about a year. One was also a source of love. I had to let it go recently. The other is my job. Work has always been awful, & I've always had a hard time holding a job. I'm constructing a bubble to live in while I'm there. I got that idea from Andrew Johnson, whom I found on Insight Timer. He does a meditation called "shields up,"
Housing--got my taxes filed. Stuck in the morass of rules around AGI/above-the-line deductions, vs standard deduction, which I used.
I can start a new one under trauma or we can stay here

@Old1 You're welcome. I keep forgetting that people might be using the app instead. I usually stick to the website on the laptop becauae I have trouble navigating the app myself. They keep making changes to things here. I'm glad you and @amiableBlackberry92 have found each other though. :) If you create a thread for you both, you could add a trigger warning (TW) in the title, it might help prevent unwanted censoring. Which is disconcerting becauae I was under the impression that they were supposed to give a reason why it was done.

Maybe it was (perhaps wrongly) moved to the "Traumatic Loss" forum. Or it might be that this forum name was "Traumatic Grief" some time ago, and you couldn't find it under this name. But I suspect it was always in the "Traumatic Loss" forum because the first post starts talking about the "traumatic loss of a childhood".
I moved it to the "Childhood Abuse" forum, where I think it belongs. But let me know if you prefer to move it to another Forum.
