PTSD Poll/Question - What services have you found to be the most beneficial/supportive for you and your PTSD?

This is our current PTSD Poll/Question on what services have been the most beneficial/supportive for you and your PTSD. This is an anonymous poll on PTSD and related issues. There will be a question for everyone to answer every two weeks. The results will be posted at the end of the two week period.
