PTSD coping strategies
People with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) often struggle with frequent and intense anxiety symptoms. These strong symptoms of anxiety often lead people with PTSD to rely on unhealthy coping methods

Fortunately, there are many healthy coping skills for PTSD that can help ease anxiety and other symptoms. These are some strategies which may help reduce the intensity of anxiety, lessen its frequency, and/or make it more tolerable.

@SolaceBrother
Hi, Brother,
Right now I have so many threats and serious challenges, that only my meds are helping.
@purpleTree4652
Friend. I see that you're not feeling so well. How is your ME these days?
From Helga.
@Helgafy
hi helga
what is ME?
@purpleTree4652
Hi purple.
I was thinking when I had postet to you - "I think I have mixed 2 persons". And I have. ME/CFS is a sickness where the energy in the body gets low, nobody knows why, and the persons don't manage to do very much. Some don't manage to eat and have to be in a dark room, but others can to more.
All the best for you. From Helga.
