Everything was going swell until I spilled my salad on my bed. It’s okay, you can laugh. I did, too.

Haha, your poor salad, bed, and your emotions as it all went down. Thanks for sharing that funny with us. I also really love the quote and it's very true. Sometimes we relive things until the lesson is learned.

Thank you! I think this speaks to OCD as a trauma response, which is true for me. I’m still learning how to let things like this go, but the truth is spills still stress me out. It’s something I have to work on. Even though I was discouraged to eat at all, I’m happy to report I was able to eat and sleep very well last night. Thanks for finding joy with me in this bittersweet end to the day.

I spill everything all the time - it is hard for me to go one day without spilling, breaking, or dropping something.

I can't even seem to make the bed properly so the sheets stay on the bed.

Avoiding a stain and managing to eat anyway are good.
