Resources, please.
I have been dealing with what I believe to be increasing symptoms due to a traumatic accident on 4/21/21.
I work for the State mental hospital and haven't been to work since the first of September. I've exhausted all time FMLA and XMLA. I'm currently working with the ADA for accommodations.
But holy crap. Where is the help? I need some direction. I vomit cyclically, have severe anxiety 'moments' that run together, very low depression swings, loss of interest in gaming, friends, wife, and self care.
I genuinely, from the bottom of my heart would appreciate any information. Just fucking point me in a direction. Cause I am lost.

Job Accommodation Network (JAN) is the leading source of free, expert, and confidential guidance on workplace accommodations and disability employment.
I have looked through this website and it's pretty good.
If you think having more information about trauma/PTSD would help, I think the websites verywellmind and psychcentral have good articles about it. Also dialecticalbehavioraltherapy.com has great resources on DBT.
