Trauma through wars

I’m concerned about the wars in my his video wars that I just watched. I feel numb as the wars that happened like cyber attacks, and nationalism, like famine and gaslights… things that we don’t see on a daily basis, hidden behind the scene to earn our trust in a manipulative wold.
It feels harmful to me.

@Cnguyen1 we're living in a time full of wars and the only way not to give in to the hopelessness is to get informed through proper sources, identify responsibilities and who's doing what, and then putting pressures on those who have the power to stop it. It's ok to be scared. But the only way to change things is to avoid indifference and face what is happening.
