Depends on what you like/what you're looking for in regards to the genre, plot, etcetera.

If you like girl power, then Sailor Moon (both the original 90's version and the Crystal remake) are quite good.

If you like themes of determination, then My Hero Academia gives that in loads along with the superhero genre.

If you like slice-of-life/family with some drama, then Clannad is extraordinarily powerful- but be warned that it can both break and warm your heart in abundant measures. A softer one that can also be enjoyed with young children, particularly little girls, would be A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, especially if you like music themes.

If you want romantic comedy, then I would suggest Kaguya-sama: Love Is War, Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku, or School Rumble. Note that in the order they're listed has increasing levels of appropriate audience age range. Kaguya-sama and Wotakoi are pretty safe for children to be present; School Rumble is something that should just have teens and older.

If you want adventure, then One Piece or So I'm A Spider, So What? both fit that quite well; One Piece is for if you like pirate themes, and So I'm A Spider, So What? is if you're more interested in fantasy and role-play style, but be warned: it has heavy amounts of spiders in it, as implied by the title. I would avoid it if you have arachnophobia.

I defiantly recommend Your Lie in April, Bungo Stray Dogs, Attack on Titan, My Hero Academia, and The Promised Neverland!

funny: maid sama, ouran high school host club, buddy daddies, baka and test, toradora, devil’s a part timer, spy x family, pet girl of sakurasou

Some definitely falls into more than one category but these are the main categories i watch!
