@jannatalikk

What do you mean by projects?

I'm assuming you're referring to 7 Cups projects, such as the Appreciation Team, Welcome Committee, becoming a Group Moderator or Peer Supporter, etc. As far as that goes, it's recommended to not take on too many that you're sacrificing self-care. There's no set number since everyone's self-care needs are different, however 3 can be a good number to start out with as long as they don't take too much of your time. Best of luck!

@Emily619 I believe regarding forum supporters and mentors, there is a maximum of 3 communities and some communities have their own set limit eg Trauma community you can only be a forum supporter for two maximum to ensure listeners do not overstretch themselves and can give the best of themselves to the members :)

@jannatalikk

I'm currently a forum mentor (so that includes (re)moving posts in the forum), listener and moderator. I was involved in a sub community during this but that doesn't appear to be happening any more. I also am involved in the evaluation team and the verifier team. I also get to try out the noni bot! :D

Before I was a mentor, I was involved in the welcoming committee and welcomed over 3000 listeners!

I have been involved in more but I had to back down from a few things as it's just too much and I was starting to not be very efficient. I am now a uni student so that's my main priority at the moment!
