A few words from the Welcome Buddies of The 7cups

Who we are?

We arethe 88 elite troops of the Welcome Committee.

What we do?

We Welcome New Listeners to get them accustomed with the community.

When it was formed?

EVERYTHING GREAT STARTS WITH A SIMPLE DREAM -

so the seeds of the Committee can be traced back to March 11th 2014 when Our Community Manager Sheila and our Founder Glen started this thread.

But as days passed7cups became shelter to more and more listeners from various parts of the world.

And a need for an improved Welcome Committee was imperative.

So with the approval and support of the Admin team Glen, Laura, Sheila, Twisha & help from all the Community Leaders The new Version of the Project came into existence with the very creation of the Welcome Committee on July 22nd 2014 .

Our Achievements?

Well combining all our efforts we were able to welcome more new listeners in an organized manner than ever in the history of7cupsand have sent 5704 welcome messages to our new listener in just a matter of 80 days.

We made it to the Community News Letter in the first week of our formation for sending over 1000 welcome messages read it hereand many more times after that .

Everyone in the Welcome committee,

Today I'm proud of each one of us,

For today, together wemade History!

This is our Success and the Community's Pride,

This wasn't an easy task at all ,it was nearly impossible in this short period.

But in the words of Sir Arthur Charles Clarke I dare to say

"The limits of the possible can only be defined by going beyond them into the impossible."
