Hey there! I'm so glad that you've decided to join our community here at 7 Cups :) You will surely make a difference!

Some things to get you started is looking through the Self Help Guides and begin your Training Courses to collect some understanding and better knowledge of what your part is and all that you might come acrosshere on 7 Cups.

We want to ensure that you are most comfortable, if not experienced, and understanding in all the areas that you may cover as a listener. This will help you become a better listener, for both your experience and your guest or member(s)!

Something to remember is to start out slow while beginning here on this site, don't take on too many guests or members as it can stress you outand we want your guest/member(s) to have your undivided attention! :)
We care about both listeners and members/guests, so if there are any issues you can ALWAYS seek out the forums or the several different groups in Group Support.
