Welcoming Team: Exciting Changes

Hey There Lovely Team!

We have a few new exciting changes coming into place within the welcome team in the next few weeks and we wanted to share these changes with you all!

The first change is that we are reverting back to the old way we welcome listeners but we still encourage you to try and have a conversion with each new listener.

The second change is that we have the new badge system so this badge system will be more like graphic picture specially personally made by the welcome team that will be awarded to one special team member each week which will be posted in the forum or in the feed these badges will be personally made for you and be really unique.

A badge example just like this you can keep these badges and share them along the feed to show all your hard work to the whole community

Im sure you will love them! I am excited for this whoa watch this space for our first badge that will be posted towards the end of the week this is a new way of appreciating and recognising our team as we love you guys lots you all show so much dedication to our team and we wanted to do something extra special for you!
