Why can't I access my account?
Hiya I'm trying to sign into my account and it's saying Invalid Email or Password.
If I try to reset my password it's saying email not recognised.
Has there been some type of attack on the site that means I have lost access? I've had to create this account to try and find out what has happened.
I'm also paying for therapy which I now don't have access to.
Please could anyone tell me why I can't access my account?

@SashaJ There's a form for deactivated member accounts in case accidentally banned or something like that, but a message is now supposed to appear when signing in that's what the issue is, so it shouldn't be there.
I have found I've been getting signed out randomly, but I can always get back in at least.
Have you tried emailing support@7cups.com or (because you have signed up for therapy) billing@7cups.com ? That's what I would try first.

@AffyAvo Hwy Affy, thanks. I don't know what's going on, it definitely wasn't a ban or anything.. It's randomly working again now but the SashaJ account I createded isn't 😕 anyway at least I can sign in now.
