Do you deal with your past or ignore it and move forward?

@decisiveLemon8530

I always have to deal with my past. Mostly because people I know of I remember from my past. I always go back to see if I can change myself more and reflect on what happened. Usually I cry thinking about it. Or Im just stuck on it. Like it's right there

I can't ignore it. People keep telling me to forget about it but it's keeps coming back the more you avoid. I think I should just accept that it happened and use it to move forward.

@decisiveLemon8530 I feel everything. When people make my present tainted with having to resolve past events, motor vehicle hit n' run my puppy and I down last October. That PAST EVENT IS GOING TO AFFECT my present and future. So for me it's a mixed application if standing up for wrong doings imposed upon you, your family, your life. You cant have a future if you don't stand up for yourself and allow others to push you over with a tongue owned by the devil. I think this is such a individual, person-to-person, response. I guess it also depends on where you are on your journeys and where you're willing to do whatever work may be required to get you and your goals.... Celebrating together upon accomplishment. Just my opinion

Oh my gosh such a good question! I have this question too!

That’s really a difficult question.

Just because I’ve had done both. With experience they both worked.

Before going through stuff. I just ignored sometimes and it turned out better. Because sometimes what I thought isn’t actually how someone else would go on about it.

So that helped.

So I’d say ignoring it more so than not does better. Because it is in the past for a reason. This is what I learned.

@decisiveLemon8530 Deal with the past if its holding me back, if its irrelevant ignore it.
