Money doesn't give anything. We recieve from it. Depends on us that we recieve. Can be joy or anxiety!!

If you are sad it will just make it worse, happiness is a byproduct of the decisions you make.
Money doesn't buy happiness but neither does poverty. Atleast money provides some comfort, helps you cope and softens the consequences of unhappiness. If I am depressed, I can afford to take a day off work, this will not cure my depression but atleast it gives me some time to cope. A poor person does have this luxury.
If I am destined to be unhappy, I'll rather be rich and unhappy than be poor and unhappy.

It depends on the need they have at that point. If you are having grief , money won't buy any happiness. If you are having poverty , money can buy happiness
