I am not sure if I am posting this in the right spot or not, but my name is Liz and I have just joined. My avatar is my little Pomsky, Mia. I am very isolated and have zero to little social life and it can be very lonely at times. I keep myself busy by reading, listening to music, doing a few hours a day of cycling, caring for my 3 dogs and 2 cats, watching movies. Nice to be here. 💙

Cycling too dangerous for me now so I run/walk instead, start gently and just build it up gradually.

I have 3 stationary bikes as with the snow and ice outside I can not risk falling and breaking hip ( i have osteoporosis) and have fallen more times than I can count and have broken 9 bones. 😱
