Hiiiii!
Hiii!!! I'm new here. Right now I'm struggling with a severe depression. I already have a psychologist and psychiatrist in my home country, Spain, but I think it might help me to meet people who feel the same way I do, and that I can help them.

Hi! Welcome to 7Cups. I'm Kiara. :) Tell us more about you? <3
@jesusredeemedme2425 Hi Kiara! My name is Carlos, I´m 17 years old (almost 18), and idk I like music. What about you?
I’m in my 30s, and I like reading, drawing, and loving others <3 What kind of music do you like?
@jesusredeemedme2425 I usually listen to Spanish pop-rock music, but also English. I like Linkin Park, Nirvana, Imagine Dragons, Three Days Grace, and similar stuff.
And you? What do you usually read and draw?
I LOVE Imagine Dragons! <3
I read a lot of kids’ books lol. I also read a lot about the Holocaust.
I like drawing wolves the most, and I’ve been getting into drawing origami animals lately :)

Hello again!
Oh, how nice that we both like a certain band.
The truth is, I'm pretty bad at drawing... but I love seeing other people's drawings!
Hey, here's a question. Are you Christian? (I mean, because of the nickname.)
P.S: Sorry if I sound weird when I speak, I speak Spanish and I use the translator 🤣
I am JJ

Hi dude, welcome to 7Cups
Welcome to 7 cups! Having a mental health appointment routine set up is equally as important as having a support system of fellow trauma survivors and mental health warriors. I believe in you! I hope you find everything you're looking for on this platform.
Hi, I have a family history of depression. What can I do to help? I still need to build my character.
Hello. Sorry, I didn't quite understand if you wanted to know ways to help family members or ways to avoid feeling that way, so I'll tell you both. Regarding helping others, I recommend listening to them whenever they need it. Even if you don't know how to act, at least be there. Feeling supported helps a lot. And don't be afraid to ask how they feel. It depends on the person, but talking about feelings, even negative ones, helps (try to encourage them to improve, but always validate their emotions). If you want to know how to avoid feeling bad, the best advice I can give you is to be able to help yourself. It's not weak to do so; it's brave to admit you need help and ask for it. Therapy has helped me a lot. And if you want to ask me anything or just talk, I'm here ♥️
