Everything is stressful and low and sting and punch in the gut. But I have my hobbies.

Playing my instruments, ( flute, oboe, and cello ). Its really calming when I play something I like

@calmMango9611 Probably 3. I've felt worse, a lot worse but it's been consistently bad. Everything seems to just crumble around me. And the things that remain have never been good in the first place.
