One year ago already, I became a listener on seven cups and the amazing and inspiring people I have met since then and I have also learnt so much about myself and id like to think, I have become a better listener since then. It amazing how much you've gotten to see yourself grow this last year. I know the ups and downs of life can feel challenging. I'm proud of you for keeping at it. 🙂
I've been battling my own mental illness and it prevents me from being active on here. I am a full-time caretaker to a relative who is disabled, plus I work full-time.
Just stepping back for a while until I find my balance again. I'll still be active from time to time, but not as much as before.
