I’m new here
Hello everyone,
My name is Kelly and I’m new to 7cups as well as the idea of therapy. I’m a survivor of childhood trauma including sexual abuse. I had some adverse experiences in therapy when I was much younger so I chalked it up as being not for me.
As I’ve gotten older I’ve thought this was not a good decision as I suffer from both depression and anxiety. I also have panic attacks from time to time.
I’m hoping that being here will help me learn more about healing myself. I also need to learn how to forgive myself and others.

I personally struggle with childhood ptsds and sexual abuse, I’m also new here. I hope we both find peace in our own minds, and can heal the version of ourselves that wasn’t protected enough. I’m rooting for you.
