How do I get back to loving my job when factors so out of my control make my day very difficult?

@lavenderSky7112  That’s a good question. I think remembering those early years. Or rethinking a new career if it’s possible.

It’s challenging. You become overwhelmed with emotion.

Drained.

Bringing stress home.

If things aren’t going to change there, you might need to make your change with a job.

Hope you are able to find a resolution 🙂

I hear you — it’s really hard to love your job when so much feels heavy and out of your control. Maybe instead of forcing yourself to ‘love it’ again, you could start by looking for small parts of it that still matter to you — like the people you help, a skill you get to use, or even small moments that make the day lighter. Sometimes shifting the focus to what you can control — your attitude, your boundaries, or how you care for yourself outside of work — helps take some of the pressure off. And if the season doesn’t let you love it, that’s okay too — sometimes the best step is learning from it and preparing for what’s next. I hope this helps.
