🌿 New Here – Grateful to Connect

Hi everyone, I’m Kara. I live in a small town in Maryland, I’m a single mom to two amazing girls, and I’ve recently joined 7 Cups looking for connection, support, and hopefully a chance to offer the same to others.

Mental health is something deeply personal to me. I’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with bipolar disorder, BPD, and the challenges of navigating dual diagnosis. I also have a history with addiction, and it’s taken a lot of strength, healing, and growth to get to where I am today. I’m still learning, still working through things, but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made.

I joined this 7Cups because I truly believe no one should feel like they’re going through anything alone. Sometimes, just having someone listen can make a huge difference and I’m here for that, whether it’s to talk, support, or just sit in the silence with someone who needs it.
