Hello everyone, I'm Émily, I'm 16 years old. I'm here because I've been dealing with feelings of disconnection and derealization for a while now, and I don't really know how to handle it, I've had these feelings for years and sometimes it's hard to explain, also to make friends!

Dealing with feelings of de realization and disconnection from reality can be so difficult and overwhelming for so many years. :/ Understandable to find it strugglesome explaining to others or making friends too, when you are struggling yourself.
