New!:)
Hi guys! I am new on here and would love any advice of what has helped you in the past!
Somatics and grounding and listening to your body and mind has definitly connected me more to myself even if just a bit
I think using what we know already works is very good, and expanding upon that. Learning new things is good, but I think we have to be more careful when we are weak. Granted, sometimes a new piece of advice or hobby can change everything.
Everyone is there for you. Believe in yourself.

Andd Advice !! mmmmm.........🤔🤔
No matter what you’re going through right now, it does not define you.
You are not your negative thoughts, you are not the whispers behind your back.
No matter how real or heavy it feels—that is not you, no matter how hard it gets, we keep moving forward.
Slow or fast doesn’t matter.
One step still counts.
Still moving is still winning.
It’s okay to be sad, it’s okay to be unhappy, uncomfortable, angry, or overwhelmed, it’s okay to cry, to feel weak, to feel lost, to feel vulnerable, it’s okay to reach out, it’s okay to share, it’s okay to feel guilt, it’s okay to not be okay.
But at the end of it all, we must forgive ourselves and choose to move forward. live in the present, learn from the memories, don’t live inside them. listening to yourself matters. you're not weak to feel this way.
If you don’t learn to understand and love yourself, how can you expect someone else to do it for you?
Listen to the inner screams, sit it with them, cry with them, don’t run—rewire. Comfort yourself the way you wish someone had.
Hope this helps 🤗🌸
Sending lots of love and blessings ur way 💕
Hugs 🤗🌸

Stepping out of the house and taking in my surroundings has really helped me calm my mind and being. How about you? 😊❤️
