Hi Daniel, I'm pleased you found Cups, talking with others will help. I was a similar age also a long term relationship since our teens. I new myself well enough to know that if I tried drowning my sorrows I would of given it 100% so I chose to focus on fulfilling a lifetimes ambition instead. Time does help but talk as much as you are able to, it won't help stewing over it.

I've thought about suicide plenty, I just don't have it in me. I'm really scared. Everyday is the same ***, it's very tiring.
