Hi I’m new here. I have autism, anxiety, depression and PTSD. But I’m mainly here because I’m falling for a man I can’t date and it’s stressing me out

If it's meant to be , there will be a way out.

If it's not meant to be, why bother? Something better must be enroute for you.

Trust your journey .

That being said its not easy- craving for love is a very strong and basic human need - I'm sorry you're feeling unfulfilled because you can't date this man. I can relate actually- I shared a post on a similar experience a month back..

So yeah - just give it time.. you will find calm. The falling in love part is usually intense , only time shows whether it was a fleeting or lasting connection....

Firstly, welcome! I hope you find what you need here.

I can relate to this feeling having been in a similar situation once. I'm still learning how to deal with it.

I realised I probably didn't know enough of the other, and that if there was truly something there, it would remain strong over time. That I was intrigued by an ideal. And if the feelings were indeed real, I would want the best for the other, and the best I could offer is genuine friendship in the face of an impossible relationship.

We remain good friends and the feelings have settled down a lot. It's kind of like loving chocolate now.

It is undoubtedly a complicated feeling and this is just one perspective on it. I'm keen to learn what others think here!
