Navigate the Platform: From 1-on-1 chats to growth paths, we’ll show you where to go next.
Ask Anything: No question is too basic. We are here to clear up any confusion.
Meet the Community: Connect with other "newbies" and seasoned users in a safe, friendly environment.
When? Fridays @ 5PM EST
Where? The Welcome Lounge
We can't wait to see you there and help you start your journey!

I'm hosting in another room at that hour, but if I'm ever free I'll stop by!
What is a session? Like a chat session or some virtual thing?
@turquoiseThinker7500
yes it's an hour-long event in a room! this is the room we will be meeting in (linked here)
@Heather225Sorry I'm new and a little confused as to how to navigate all this. There's a welcome meeting tomorrow EST is that right?
Greetings from Aoteroa New Zealand. I am a middle aged fellah with four Adult kids. I came here as part of my 'turn it around' journey I guess. I had a seven year spell of being stuck, lost my career working in mental health - after starting treatment, gained a lot of weight, lost mobility, sleep issues, avoiding people yadda yadda yadda.
But it is all good. I started watching Youtube videos, the good ones (Tracey Marks Psychiatrist) and ZOE Science based nutrition. Then I came across an ADHD video and realised that it's me too....like screaming in your face you have this stuff on max.
So I changed my diet completely, I started exercising slowly and started trying to improve my relationship with my family Doctor. Good sleep is still elusive but improving little by little. And well I thought this would be a safe place to start to be around human beings and use my social bone. End rant.
P.S.
I am very slow with using a PC and the interweb in general so will try to work this stuff out as I go, hope to talk with you all at some stage. Take care.
