Purpose
What do you do if you don’t know your purpose? How do you survive everyday? What helped you if you’re feeling blanked, like nothing. You don’t feel anything and it bothers you.

Sometimes we don't know our purpose but it doesnt mean, we dont have one. You matter. Take one day at a time to just learn what you are passionate about 💜💕 Don't let the unknown overwhelm you. Sending you my best wishes 💜💕
Hi Amanda! I am new here. Your words are really comforting. I needed to hear this. Thankyou! It really means a lot to me. 🥹🫶🏻

All of us are human and associated with emotions and feelings which hurt us with deviation in life line . If we share with each other we should fit and parallelizes life line
Sometimes you need to have faith that if you keep trying to do new and worthwhile things, your purpose will find you when you are older.
I didn't know what I was meant to do for a long time, and I've had a big career change in my 30s, so what I thought was my role has changed a lot, but I'm gently searching for who I am, and what I am really drawn to as a person, and I feel closer to my purpose than ever. It's often a gentle and gradual process.
A lot of people rush forward and think they learned their purpose but they still haven't.
I hope this message helped a bit.
Hi! I didn’t expect this to hear this. But I am so glad to know this. Yes, you’re right. I don’t know what’s my purpose today but I have faith that whoever is up above, he’s preparing me on something beautiful, the one I deserve in the future. Now I need to be patient and wait what’s awaiting for me. 🥹🤗
I'm glad it helped ☺️ all the best, I think your message struck a chord, a lot of people are sharing life experiences.

Just keep going, just keep taking it one step at a time ❤️ Your purpose is already there in you. You just need to give yourself time to open your eyes to it. But for the record, you don't need a purpose to be worthy or have a meaningful life. I made some huge mistakes about 4 years ago, ones I can't take back, and my sense of self shattered. I thought each breath I took was a lie, and I felt like it was a mockery that I was still alive after everything that happened, that I still existed even after I'd done. I had no idea what the purpose of someone like me could be. Then...it was over. The dust settles and I moved on. I realized that before anything else my highest purpose is to exist. I didn't need answers to why I existed, I stopped feeling like I needed to explain my existence. Life is not something we asked for, and it's not something to be worthy of. It's just something we all are. It's something experienced, not understood. If anything, understanding only comes from experience, when you stop fighting and just be. Ask questions and seek ofc, but know that the only way to findnthe answers is to just be and fully experience life. And it felt freeing when I stopped fighting and just let myself be. A heavy weight just came right off. You can spend forever looking for purpose but first you've got to live, experience the moment, find what makes you passionate again. Then you can figure out how to attach that passion to something greater then yourself and your purpose will find you. Sending much support your way ♥️♥️
Your statement hits me. 🥲 hits me hard. 🥹 Yes, maybe I was just blinded by my questions that’s why I don’t see it. Thankyou for this. Thankyou for taking time to share your story. Thankyou for reassuring me that I have a purpose. Even if I don’t see it. 🥹🥲
@saychizzz0 No, I'm glad I could help ♥️♥️
When I'm feeling lost and as though I've lost my path I will personally listen to a summary of The Meditations. But that's just a reminder to recenter myself. There's one line in the thing that always helps me...
Mankind was constituted to help one another
No matter what your belief about human origins, it is clear that humans were meant to work together. We are MEANT to help each other. Designed or Evolved - it is our PURPOSE to help one another.
So when I feel lost, I seek another to help.
@DaveMarx I'm excited to hear you read Meditations, it's on my bookshelf and I hope to read it soon.
I read the Tao Te Ching a lot for guidance, but I read stoicism has a lot of similarities so I bought Meditations recently.
Hi! Your msg really got me. Tbh, I was a kind of person that I don’t want to seek help as much as possible. I want to keep it all by myself, maybe that’s the reason why I developed Depression and Anxiety along the way. It’s really hard to open up for me to somebody. I feel like I was weak. I feel like they doesn’t deserve to see me that way. I’m afraid that they might use it against me, my weakness. But time passes It became so heavy, that I cannot handle it anymore. I started to open up to someone and it felt good. Maybe because I opened up to the right person.
I am still learning this, step by step. I agree, sometimes, you just need someone who can listen, without judgement.
I'm the same way. Im often helping others to the point where i suffer a little to do it... but It's hard for me to ask for help.
Popular psychology says I'm trying to earn a love I never received in the past. They could be right. I just know I feel better when I help people and that it IS hard to ask for help.
I usually wait for it to pass or try to do one of my hobbies. In my experience the more you wallow in the emptiness the stronger it gets.
I also ruminate but that's really unhealthy. I cant really give advice but just dont forget you CAN do something about it most of the time and it will pass...
