Something important
People who consistently disrespect you are teaching you who they are.
You are not obligated to keep giving them access just because the old you would have.

@dhabib I'm so sorry for your loss<3
Safety and respect are important aspects of life, always know that you deserve to feel safe and respected in your own space. I hope inbetween all the difficult things, there are still moments of peace and calm that help you get through the day<3

@BlueDarkAurorarhsnk
you I have a lot to tell you mine this year will be colorful one I would like to continue he in touch with you one of things it’s hard for me to do coping with pain and being alone I’m here for a reason I don’t feel alone yes I need you I really need you it’s my pain I have no mom I would like to tell you more about me it’s my life . Thank you for being a great communicator friend
What if it's white collar criminal and you can't do anything about it. I've been giving so-called forced meds but what it really is, is psychiatric abuse. It's consistent disrespect for my own opinion that it doesn't work and that I don't want it and it's been going on for years now.
@BlueDarkAurora
Sometimes when in the present a person mistreats me, I like to tell myself that grown up me would never put up with this behaviour. That kind of fuels me to kick them out of my access zone without feeling guilty about it.

@trueconfidant123 yes, I'm so glad you have your own protected space<3

@BlueDarkAurora
Thank you 😊
