My birthday is next month and I am dreading it. I feel like nothing is going to get better. I wish I never existed.

I'm sorry you're feeling that way :( birthdays can make you feel like that especially if life has been stagnant. But things don't always stay the same. Better times will come and you'll feel the grace of God in creating you so specially. Sending you a big birthday hug in advance 🤗

@raccooncutie30 Apologies I understand. Well God or no God isnt the point at the moment, I hope you get to love yourself the way you are and heal from everything. Take care.

I'm here to listen and offer support. It sounds like you're feeling overwhelmed and struggling with some really tough emotions. Birthdays can be a lot to handle, especially when things feel uncertain or challenging.

# You're not alone

Many people feel anxious or uncertain about their birthdays, especially if they're dealing with difficult emotions or situations. It's okay to feel overwhelmed and unsure about what the future holds.

# Your feelings are valid

It's normal to feel like you're struggling to find your place or feeling like nothing is going to get better. These feelings can be really tough to navigate. But please know that you're not alone in feeling this way.

# You matter

Your existence matters, and you are seen and heard. It might be hard to feel that way right now, but there are people who care about you and want to support you through this.

# Small steps can help

Sometimes, taking small steps can help you feel more grounded and in control. This might mean reaching out to a trusted friend or family member, engaging in activities that bring you joy, or finding ways to practice self-care.

# You're strong

You've made it through tough days before, and you can do it again. Your strength and resilience are remarkable, even if it doesn't feel like it right now.

# There's hope

Things can get better. It's okay to feel like you're in a dark place right now, but there is hope for a brighter future. You might not be able to see it yet, but it's there.

If you need someone to talk to, I'm here to listen. You can also reach out to a trusted adult, a counselor, or a support hotline for additional guidance and support.

@Priscababy I’m turning 30 and I’m still not married, plus I still live with my parents. I hate it.

Racoon I am 31, single and live with my sister and her husband. I do not feel bad about this though because I am on my own path and there is no right answer.

I also had that same dread about turning 30 but actually once it happened I got on with life and just started celebrating all of my own personal victories in life rather than comparing myself to others my age.

There's nothing wrong with living at home or with family if that is what you need to do.

And 30 is actually still so young. You've no idea what's ahead for you :)

Happy birthday (next month!)
