What are do's and don'ts of 7cups?
A question for all the old and experienced 7 cups users here. What are do's and don'ts of 7cups?
I'm new here. Please guide me, as I want to use this app in more effective way.

Don't be abusive in language or don't be disrespectful.

You are welcome in all discussion areas in group chats! Even in the 50+ open chat! Just please remember these areas are not for receiving support. The best places for that are Sharing Circle, Support Room and 1-1 with a Listener. 😊

Do: Mirror as needed, have unconditional positive regard for members + listeners alike.
Don't: Attempt to multitask too much while listening. It's a terrible look when you get sidetracked to the point you may forget you had the 7 Cups tab open to begin with.

For further clarification in case needed -- by "multitasking" I mean like legit having numerous other tabs/desktops/windows etc open while you're listening. That, and/or taking numerous chats simultaneously.
Focus on one and only one chat at any given time, even if the member may take a while to respond, it's much better than simultaneously accepting several chats and then suddenly you have everyone pinging you at the same time.
